Our menu features high quality seasonal foods, built by a team of culinary professionals who have a passion for food and truly love what they do.
Whenever possible, we procure our ingredients from local sources, reaping from the bounty that this rich and vibrant region has to offer and we prepare them in a way that honors the ingredient as well as the local culture. We like to call our concept “soil to city.”
Behind the bar, we continue this concept. Our wine list is built solely from North America wines, capturing the dynamic diversity of growing regions across this continent. Our beer menu is even closer to home, comprised primarily of selections from South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. We craft each cocktail with natural ingredients, house-made infusions and the finest spirits available.
