The Allen Tate Greenville-Downtown branch is located in the heart of downtown Greenville, a few blocks off Main Street, near the corner of Buncombe and N. Academy Streets. This 6,200-square-foot office accommodates up to 60 Realtors® who serve the Upstate South Carolina region. The branch features two conference rooms, an agent training room, kitchen facilities and a welcoming lobby area with video screens and local art. Additional services offered for the convenience of our clients include mortgage and insurance.
